You can download a 1001 spreadsheet to keep track of your progress here:

http://johnandsheena.co.uk/books/?page_id=42

Correction, it took just a couple of seconds to download. It's a great checklist. The formula tells you what percentage of the books on the list you've read.

What percentage have you read?

Hmmm but would it be what percentage of books have you read for the challenge, or books you've read altogether, before and during the challenge.

Will have to copy the spreadsheet onto a new sheet so's I can work out both!

I've just marked off all the books I've read in total rather than just 2007/2008. Only comes to 1.5%

According to the stats though I need to be reading 17 a year off the list to get through them

I found this checklist on someone else's blog some time ago and have been using it as a check list for a couple of months - it's great! Unfortunatey I have only read 1.5% of all the books    so I'm some way to go. Apparently I need to read 20 a year to get through them all!

I've read 6.09% of the 1001 books overall (61 books inc those read before the challenge). And based on my age, I need to read 21 books a year to get through the list.

I entered all the books I have read from the list before and after the challenge. I have read 8.9% and have to read 18 a year to complete the list. It is a very handy document to have as I sometimes find my eyes getting sore trying to look at the list ! Thanks for the link Glynis

I have read 3.80% and will have to read 39 books a year.  No chance of that happening at the moment I am not even reading one a month.

I can totally empathise. Although have to say I'm loving the book I'm reading at the mo, but I just can't keep still for more than half an hour! Hope we 'recover' soon!!

Here's an updated spreadsheet showing the revised list and books removed list.
