2008 Babbling Books Trivia Tournament (BBTT)

We've decided to make the monthly quiz a bit more interesting. Each month we'll post a quiz. To take part, please spoiler your answers in the appropriate quiz threads or PM to admin/mods if you prefer. You'll be awarded one point for each correct answer. We'll reveal the answers at the end of the month along with your position on the leader board. The person who makes it to the top of the Leader board by the end of December '08 will win a prize. (Prize details will be revealed at a later date). Will it be you?
