A brief guide on using the Young Readers' forum
The forum is for kids and their parents alike. To help children decide what to read next and to help adults choose the best books for children of all ages. Of course in order to register on BB, members have to be over 13 years of age, so children under 13 posting need to do so with parental guidance.
Here's ways in which you can use the forum:
~ If you have a child who would like to review a book, or if you would like to review one, and have it published in the forum, please feel free to post it in the relevant age section.
~ Do you have any book recommendations? They can be fiction, non-fiction, educational books, audiobooks, magazines etc. Please post them in the relevant age section, or if you're recommending, say, a guide to children's reading, please post it in the General Chat section.
~ If you need advice on any aspect of children's reading, please post your questions in the General Chat forum and we'll do our best to help.
~ Chat with author - we're hoping to organise chats with authors/illustrators of children's books. We'll keep you updated.
~ General Chat - find and post general info here about children's books and reading.
~ Competitions and freebies - Find and post links to kids book competitions/freebies in General Chat.
~ Links - find and post links to useful websites, online bookstores etc.
Let us know if there's anything of interest we can add to this area of BB.
We hope you find it useful, informative and fun whatever your age.
