I just got an email from this website www.bananas.co.uk
It's a discount bookshop like the Book People I think. I just wondered if anyone had ever used it or heard of it before?  

Oooh I've just been reading about it and it turns out that it's connected to the Book People. It's their clearance website!

I have heard of them, but had a bad experience with them. I placed an order and heard nothing for 2 weeks. When I chased them via an email through the site (as the phone number did not work), I got a email from them a bout 2 hours later saying my order had been cancelled and no reason given. I called the book people and asked them to look into for me and I have not heard anything since!

That doesn't sound too good Laura. Have to say, I was a bit disappointed to see a book I tried to order from the Book People for christmas but was unable to obtain - out of stock. Yet it appears in their clearance stuff!!!
