I have The Eyre Affair (am currently reading) so will go and have a look at your swap lists in anticipation!

(And sorry, just passed The Poisonwood Bible to my brother's girlfriend who lives in London and I probably won't see it again! Just trying to reduce the clutter, if I added it to my swaplist I'd end up with another to take it's place!!!)

Have Alias Grace and The Penelopiad. If you remind me, I'll bring the first to the book club + you can have it (been on my TBR for years and I'm never going to read it. I'll put a sticky on The Penelopiad for you - if i haven't read it in six months, claim it by default!

Is your wish list up todate?  I have at least one of the books on there which you are welcome to have.

Oh wow! Thanks Gwen for the book which arrived today. Such a lovely surprise as I've wanted to read The Apple for ages, even borrowed it from the library but didn't read it as was behind with book group books at the time

So thank you again - I'm really chuffed

I have somewhere, Where did it all go right? - Andrew Collins, will try to locate it and it's all yours. I also had Virgin Blue but think I lent it out - it may yet come back! Will let you know (but would refuse other offers in the meantime in case I fail!!!)

No problem, and it's nothing compared with the time and effort you put into this site! So thanks, and I hope I can find them for you!

Glynnis, I am aware that I haven't sent you either of the books I offered but things are as follows:

Where did it all go right? - Andrew Collins - think I have located this one and it's all yours when I get it back which should be in the next month!

Love in a time of Cholera - Gabriel Garcia Marquez - I still have this on TBR and keep meaning to read it but other things keep getting in the way, most recently Sarah's Key in time for the author chat! I realised you probably wanted to read it with the film coming out, sorry I didn't realise that earlier.

And the good news, I also have Vernon God Little - DBC Pierre and it is here in my hand and I've read it! It's all yours, I will send it soon, probably next week now realistically with the kids off school - don't get so much time for popping out to the PO!!!

I forgot about those books, so absolutely no worries Sarah! Just thinking I seem to be lagging at the mo, have read only 2 books this month, so there's no rush sending the books across. Thanks for thinking of me, I appreciate it
