My read of the month would have to be Birdsong by Sebastian Faulks, I just loved every part of this and it will be one of those books that I keep going back 2

Birdsong is such a great book isn't it Ginger? That's a good example of a novel that stretched my thinking (thinking about the 'dear reader' thread).

I loved The Night Watch too. Will be difficult to choose a favourite.

Its fantastic, I can't get over how much it moved me. And so well written its amazing, you can picture everything he writes about so clearly! I'd better stop now as I could go on for quite a while about how much I love this book.....
