I'm going for Empress Orchid.
I have a copy on the way from Ebay (40p !!)
I read Becoming Madam Mao a couple of years ago and enjoyed her style.

Cool! I have been wanting to read this for a while. I am going to Paris tomorrow and always visit the bookshop 'Shakespeare and Co' while I am there, so I think this will be the book I buy! Can't wait!

Miranda, have a lovely time in Paris
*jealous

I have not been to "Shakespeare & Co", but last time I was there I found "Tea & Tattered Pages" - a 2nd hand bookshop which was quite cute and had a large ginger cat

Safe journey Miranda - we'll want to know all about it when you return!

I love the sound of Geek Love, but will not be reading it yet as I'm trying no to add to the TBR at the moment.  I'll definately read it one day!
