Just installed the toolbar. You tick the things you're interested in, say, books, geography, internet, shopping, environment etc., then click the 'stumble' button and you'll be taken to a random website. You then click the 'I like it' or 'don't like it' buttons so's the application knows whether to show you such sites again. You can review sites, send to friends, add to favourites and so on.
