Go to http://web.orange.co.uk/p/film/home?package=653 to see a clip of the film starring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter. I loved this book as a child, and equally loved the films. This version looks stunning, and I can't wait to see it. Lisa x

Johnny Depp - it's a must watch for me   but I must admit he isn't looking his best as the Mad Hatter.

The film looks fantastic, CGI is brilliant at building fantasy worlds - but its not out until next March.

Embarrassing confession - I have never read Alice in Wonderland.

Gwen, I only read it this year-it is a 1001 read if that helps persuade you!  I enjoyed it, not so keen on through the lookingglass though...

I loved the book as a child too Lisa. Not sure I ever watched a film version but will be watching the Depp/Burton version when it comes out for sure.
