If I could find a way to be in Edinburgh for this then I'd be there like a shot. I love all AMS' books, especially the No 1 Ladies Detective Agency series. Just a shame this is 400 miles away from me!

I love his stuff too Heather. When I first saw this I thought I might manage it being just an hour or so from Edinburgh but that weekend is earmarked for my boys and they win over books and authors every time.

Did you like Corduroy Mansions on the Telegraph Website? I listened to most of it being read by Andrew Sachs while I was busy in the kitchen, I thought he read it brilliantly.  I have really missed it this last couple of weeks since it finished and I hope there is more to come.

Unfortunately I haven't been listening to that series. I listened to the 1st chapter the week it came out and really liked it, but I haven't managed to find the time to sit and listen to the rest. I know I would enjoy it, I hope he releases it as a book.

It sounds as though the book will be published in the summer and all the chapters still seem to be available on-line too.  I glad he plans to carry on and write more in this series.
