New site function - Gallery optionI know there are some people here that don't really know how to get images from their computers onto the forum so hopefully this new function will help people. The only restriction is each member can only upload a maximum of 4 photos each (not per post but per forum). Please wait for everything to load - I added pictures to show you where to go.
1. First you need to create a new post so you can do this either by starting a new topic or by replying to a post on the forum.
2. Where you have the large box to post your message you'll see in blue just underneath it 'Attach File'.
3. Click that link and a box will popup which will enable you to search for the picture directly from your computer. Best to leave as 640x480. You can turn the picture round if it is the wrong way and you can also make it a thumbnail which will show the picture as a small one but can be clicked so you see it in its normal size. You don't need to worry about entering a description but you can if you want.
The click on 'Upload File'. This may take a few seconds depending on how big it is.
Once it's finished you will see a long code posted so using one I did as an example it would have:
| Code: |
Click to see full size image |
Which when the message is posted will look like this:
Click to see full size image
If you need any more help, just post here!
