looks like fingersmith and kite runner came tops-pleased with these novels -both were a pleasantly surprising enjoyment though my favourite of the two was definetly the kite runner!!

strange cos never let me go got more votes in previous poll but then i think the kite runner has been a big hit with most of us who read it...and quite rightly so...

i think thats true that as an equally great book comes along,we find ourselves putting aside from our minds those we might have thought great before-not complaining,kite runner was a phenomenally emotional read!!
