Young Storyteller Competition 2008 (<14) - 7/11http://www.barefoot-books.com/uk/site/pages/living_barefoot.phpCalling all young storytellers! Barefoot Books, the award-winning independent children's publisher renowned for its emphasis on stories from cultures around the world, has launched the Barefoot Books Young Storyteller competition across UK and Ireland. Children up to age 14 are invited to film their performance of a story either from their own homes or through participating schools, libraries, local bookstores, and other venues. Grand prizes include a trip for two to New York City to perform in world-famous toy store FAO Schwarz in the Barefoot Books Boutique, as well as a £1,000 library for the winner's school.
