It looks like i've got some good reads to choose from, from your recommendations!!

I must admit i've felt the same about patricia cornwell's recent books but loved the early ones so much i keep sticking with her hoping they will get better

well let you know what i think of them all when i finally get round to reading them!!!!

The Pillars of the Earth - Ken Follett and this
The Thirteenth Tale - Diane Setterfield Excellent
The Time Traveller’s Wife - Audrey Niffenegger good
To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee Good
Wicked - Gregory Maguire I wasn't sure about this but then liked and have read most of the seres.

War and Peace - Tolstoy read half of this then gave up.
