I'm a bit late with these....

A Time Travellers Guide to Medieval England - Ian Mortimer
Really enjoyed this. Love books about medieval England and this was written as if you're there at the time which take some getting used to but it's different and it was very interesting. 9/10

The Painted Veil - W. Somerset Maugham
Loved this! My first Somerset Maugham. Will definitely be reading more. 9/10

Queens Consort: England's Medieval Queens - Lisa Hilton
Another great history book. 8/10

Brideshead Revisited - Evelym Waugh
8/10

The Heretic's Daughter - Kathleen Kent
6/10

The 19th Wife - David Ebershoff
4/10

Mary Barton - Elizabeth Gaskell
7/10 Liked it but not as much as North and South or Wives and Daughters.

A Small Part of History - Peggy Elliott 5/10
